The hot beverage availability around the clock provides a nice touch for those early flights. Comfy beds create a cozy resting spot after a long day.
Upon arrival, the hotel felt a bit remote, with a sign that was dimly lit, making it difficult to find at night. The carpet throughout the hallways had noticeable stains, and the elevators had missing flooring—definitely not the cleanest or most inviting. The fitness center looked a little worn down, and I encountered a shuttle service that felt more private than reassuring. the options for dining nearby were limited to fast food chains or takeout, which could be frustrating if you’re looking for something more substantial. My room had a recurring issue with lights being out, making things a bit dim after dark. A little disappointing overall even though nothing major went wrong.

The beds were so comfy and I slept like a baby! 🛏️ Room was clean, but the small size felt a bit cramped. Overcrowded with furniture, but the location was perfect for exploring Charleston.

The free 24-hour airport shuttle was clutch when I had to dash to catch a 4 am flight. Also, the staff? They really go outta their way to help you, even if one or two are a bit green, the rest made it feel like they were family.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but you know, sometimes you pay for what you get.

Unexpectedly comfy stay!
We stayed for 3 nights in a mobility-access double room. The breakfast was awesome—seriously something for everyone! Brandon at the front desk was super helpful and nice. Just wish the room was cleaner; we found some clothes left behind by the last guest.

The breakfast staff was great and the breakfast was good. I appreciated having a decent meal before heading out to explore the area. Unfortunately, the shuttle service after the concert was a problem. We waited for a long time and ended up having to get a ride back with another hotel's shuttle. It was disappointing, especially when the staff didn’t show any concern.
